Effective 01/01/2026:

• Standard Desktop service call rate – $60 / hr – Minimum one hour
• Server support (Windows or Linux) / Network design / Firewall Support OnSite rate – $80 / hr – Minimum two hours
• Emergency Calls (i.e. drop everything and come running) – $120/hr – Minimum two hours
• Travel outside three county region (Monroe, Livingston, Genesee) – $1.00 per mile (one way to site)
• Simple website design – Custom Quoted per customer spec.
